Michael Pugsley, the facilities manager at Mounties, is a water conservation champion. Under his direction the Mounties Group has cut water consumption by a staggering 40 per cent. He tells us how he did it.

We visit the bottle shop and find some big bargains including the Beer of the Month and savings on the Johnny Walker Scotch range. Scott Spicer has the good news.

Here we go with episode six of the podshow.

It's on again. "Search for a Star" the Mounties talent quest which has become a showcase for local talent. Billy Roy gives us the background.

Club facilities manager Mick Pugsley talks about your club's new involvement with the Jim Beam Cup.

Welcome to Episode Two of The Mounties Podshow.

Cakes, pastries and cheesecakes can be healthy and OK for you healthwise. That's the good news this holiday season from Wayne Noland at the Mounties "Fresh" cafe. He also talks about the benefits of eating fish.

A big party night is planned at the club on New Years and in this podcast we check out two of the big shows, both of which will get you up and dancing.

The Swinging Sixties show brings to life the great music of that era or you may prefer the Eighties Flashback Show. We'll hear more about these to help you make your choice.

And still on entertainment, club entertainment consultant Bill Roy tells us about the great salsa band that is attracting big crowds every Friday night.
